How to become a CoSA VFV volunteer

Thank you for considering to become a CoSA volunteer.  In a very safe manner, and in a group setting, volunteers choose to support and hold accountable released sex offenders in British Columbia.  CoSA volunteers help reduce a released offender's likelihood of sexually reoffending, thereby facilitating public safety.  We know that no one is disposable and that everyone can change, and our volunteers help keep our communities safe. Our volunteers work with released offenders on probation and parole in conjunction with their community supervision. Volunteers practice strong personal boundaries and confidentiality as they discuss many topics with their core member including deviant sexual thoughts.
